The Digital Safe and Sound Protocol provide

Subscription available in 3 and 12-month time frames with a starting base number of 5 users included which can be expanded depending on your practice.
The SSP "Connect" is a "warm up" for the nervous system with a gentle and slow introduction to establish familiarity and a sense of safety.
The SSP "Core" is a five-day intervention designed to reduce stress and auditory sensitivity while enhancing social engagement and resilience. The intervention uses prosodic vocal music that has been filtered to train the middle ear muscles to focus in on the frequency envelope of human speech. Once human speech is properly perceived, the portal to social engagement has been opened. You’ll find you are (or your child is) better able to interpret not only the meaning, but the intent in conversations. And the sense of safety that is achieved by better understanding the fluctuations in human voice, calms your (or your child’s) physiological state. Once your system has been primed and your state is calm, further therapy is enhanced and behavioral regulation is improved.
The "SSP Balance" is a continuation to stabilize and maintain a sense of calm and grounding, and further integrate the benefits of SSP Core.

Delivery
Unless otherwise specified orders shipped via Australia Post, or courier with a signature required on delivery.
Shipments to New Zealand via Australia Post or UPS. The purchaser is responsible for NZ GST.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Returns
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit, minus a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.
