Each iLs system includes equipment for the balance and visual program, which is done simultaneous to listening, as well as a Playbook that guides the user through the activities. These enhance the efficacy of the listening component, and in the case of the Kick Start provide important vestibular stimulation which is not provided by the headsets.(All iLs systems except the Kick Start and Heads Up have bone conduction, an effective vestibular stimulator, built into the headsets.)The balance activities help compensate for the lack of bone conduction in the Kick Start, improving results significantly.

Delivery
Unless otherwise specified orders shipped via Australia Post, or courier with a signature required on delivery.
Shipments to New Zealand via Australia Post or UPS. The purchaser is responsible for NZ GST.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Returns
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit, minus a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.
All "sale" items are final purchases.
