Shipping & Delivery

Orders will typically be shipped within five business days after the order is placed.  If a delay is anticipated, customer will be notified by email with an estimated date of shipment.  All orders include a shipping and handling fee.  A signature will be required for delivery of all items shipped with a value over $100.00.
Returns & Replacements

In general, equipment purchased is not returnable or refundable. If you are having problems operating equipment, please contact our Technical Team at support@integratedlistening.com.au or call 0432 689 199. Equipment that is not operating properly may be returned and will be replaced or repaired if under warranty at no cost to you. If equipment is not under warranty, our Technical Team will provide an estimated cost for repair or replacement. Under exceptional circumstances, we may accept returns and will provide a store credit for the full amount of your purchase (not including shipping) less a $75.00 handling charge. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. In such circumstances, please call 0432 689 199 and ask for Customer Service.
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Integrated Listening Systems accepts all major forms of credit cards and B-pay. You may make credit card payments in the checkout process to complete purchases. If you require another form of payment please contact us at 0413 738 958. Orders which are placed without credit card payment will be reviewed and approved before shipment, and if further information is required from you, an iL Australia staff member will contact you. For Installment Plan purchases, please also contact our Sales Department.

 
Updating Account Information

If you have registered as a user of the Site, you may log in at any time using your login credentials and update your account information. After logging in, you will reach your Dashboard page, and from their you can edit any of your personal infomation at the bottom of the page under Account Information. If you would like your information removed from the Site, please email contact@integratedlistening.com.au with subject header "Remove Personal Information" or call Customer Service at 0431 738 958.
